We would like to assure you that we are taking extra precautions regarding sanitizing, hand washing, and even social distancing. While we intend to remain open for the time being, we are currently monitoring the situation and will adapt to recommendations as necessary.
If you are concerned about interactions with others, please feel free to give us a call before stopping in to schedule an appointment, we can try to ensure you are the only client in the store at the time.
During this unique and uncertain time, we understand the need to practice social distancing, and increased hygiene measures. We would like to assure you that we are taking all precautions seriously, and offer online appointments or over-the-phone ordering for contact lenses for returning customers. We will continue to adapt as new information becomes available.

Our COVID- 19 Safety Plan
To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we will be following the guidelines set out by the BC Government, the OHSA, Fraser Health and Worksafe BC to the best of our reasonable ability.
We will be practicing the following guidelines and urge you to join us in preventing the spread of illness unnecessarily.
1. Social Distancing
This includes a new development of a dry cough, fever, and/or sore throat.
Please call 811 if you are experiencing symptoms.
Thank you for complying with the regulations to the best of your ability.
We are all learning as this is a new experience for everyone.
Our COVID- 19 Safety Plan
To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we will be following the guidelines set out by the BC Government, the OHSA, Fraser Health and Worksafe BC to the best of our reasonable ability.
We will be practicing the following guidelines and urge you to join us in preventing the spread of illness unnecessarily.
1. Social Distancing
- For everyone in our store, we strongly urge you to maintain a distance of 6 feet, or 2 metres of space between yourself and those not in your household.
- Precautions will be taken in the event that those boundaries are inconceivable due to the necessity of contact for fittings and measurements.
- Due to social distancing standards, we are allowing a maximum of 10 customers in at a time.
- We have removed the reading material in the waiting area to prevent the spread of illness.
- We have also removed the children's toy area to reduce communal contact with play surfaces.
- We are providing Lysol wipes to customers before trying on frames.
- Our payment machine is sanitized after every use.
- Door handles, common areas and surfaces are frequently disinfected.
- Handwashing is a priority for all staff, and is done between each task.
- We are increasing the contactless payment limit on our machine to help reduce contact with the machine.
- When the weather permits, we will have the doors open to facilitate ventilation.
- Our bathroom, while still a necessity for staff and customers, is frequently sanitized to ensure the health and safety of everyone that uses it.
- We strongly request that only one person from a family enters, unless necessary.
- As it is currently required by public health mandate, we request that customers wear a mask in the store.
